All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will depend on the destination country and will be shown at checkout.
We currently have two shipping methods available:
Shipping without tracking:
Shipping without tracking is our most and affordable option. Your order will be shipped without a tracking number, meaning you can't track it from door to door. It also does not include any insurances for mail loss. Please know that I am not responsible for any lost packages if you choose shipping without a tracking number. I won't be able to send you a replacement or refund your order. If you would like your order to be insured, I suggest you to choose the Standard shipping method that includes tracking.
Standard shipping with tracking:
Your order will be shipped with Track & Trace by default. Your package will be provided with a tracking number, meaning you can track your package from door to door. Your package will also be insured up to $100 in case anything happens to it, such as mail loss or damage. This means shipping is 100% risk-free.
Free worldwide shipping on order of $35 and over
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders of $35 and over. Orders that qualify will be shipping with tracking and insurance, and will have the same benefits as the standard shipping with tracking.
We offer worldwide shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Join The Creative Side is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please know that tracking is only available if you chose the ''Tracked shipping'' option, or if you qualify for the free shipping on orders of $35 and over.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping days (Please see the heading ''Estimated shipping time'') of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Europe: 2-6 business days
United States: 5-12 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 20-42 business days
Rest of the world: 5-12 business days
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
