Every card is painted digitally by me and printed from my own home. This means it is made with lots of love, and I also get the chance to inspect every print thoroughly before I send it to your home.
CARD DETAILS:
- This is a set of one card by default. In the dropdown menu, you could select more cards.
- The cards are printed on 240g/m² recycled matte card paper at 600 dpi that displays the highest resolution, crisp lines, and saturated colors.
- The cards are A6 size (4.1 x 5.8 in) when it's folded. unfolded, the card is A5 size (5.8 x 8.3 in)
- Each card comes with a self-adhesive white envelope. No more licking envelopes!

Shipping costs:
We take pride in offering the most affordable shipping options. Our shipping is only a few euros without track and trace, and you can get shipping with track & trace for an additional charge.

Please note that the estimated delivery dates are guidelines the post office sent me, and I am in no way responsible for delays.
The Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2-6 business days
Unites States: 5-12 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 20-42 business days
Rest of the world: 5-12 business days
Insurance and lost packages:
Shipping without tracking:
Your order will be shipped without a tracking number, meaning you can't track it from door to door. It also does not include any insurances for mail loss. Please know that I am not responsible for any lost packages if you choose shipping without a tracking number. I won't be able to send you a replacement or refund your order. If you would like your order to be insured, I suggest you to choose the Standard shipping method that includes tracking.
Standard shipping with tracking:
Your order will be shipped with Track & Trace by default. Your package will be provided with a tracking number, meaning you can track your package from door to door. Your package will also be insured up to €100 in case anything happens to it, such as mail loss or damage. This means shipping is 100% risk-free.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not cover the shipping costs when you return an item.
Return/Exchange your order:
Contact me within 30 days of delivery.
After confirmation, I will send you the address to return your items to.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.
If you requested an exchange, your chosen item will be send to you.
If your item turned out to be cheaper than the original purchase, I will refund you the difference.
If your items turned out to be more expensive than the original purchase, I will send you a payment request for the remaining amount.
Cancel your order:
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chelsea@jointhecreativeside.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
